Auzim de venituri din online, monetizari de trafic, criza care a lovit online-ul etc.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Numarul de vizitatori creste. Numarul de desktop-uri si laptop-uri creste. Numarul de conexini la internetul de mare viteza creste. Numarul de site-uri creste. Si cu toate astea, numarul de vizitatori care sa plateasca un serviciu sau un produs pe aceste site-uri creste extrem de incet.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Motive?&lt;br /&gt;- Mitul Google AdSense. Vizitatorii nu platesc in mod direct. Orice click dat, scoate banii din buzunarul advertiser-ului. Banii se impart intre Google si Publisher care din ce in ce mai des are impresia ca e tras pe sfoara (0.01 Euro/click).&lt;br /&gt;- Mitul spatiului vandut retelei. Doar o mica parte din trafic e monetizat la preturi care la fel ca in cazul Google AdSense, se impart cu Reteaua prin care vand. Ceea ce e normal. Dar din nou, vizitatorul nu este si client si nici nu are sansa sa se transforme intr-un client, deoarece NU am ce sa-i ofer.&lt;br /&gt;- Mitul "Romanii au cumparat de 18 mil Euro, online in 3 luni". Mare parte sunt plati online la Orange, Vodafone. In acest moment aceste plati in nici un caz nu se pot traduce in "vanzari online" pentru ca ne mintim singuri.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Cine reuseste sa vanda online la noi?&lt;br /&gt;- Agentiile de turism care pot sa ofere disponibilitati realtime. (extrem de putine)&lt;br /&gt;- Magazinele online (IT, Electronice, etc) care pot sa ofere incredere si preturi ok. Din pacate in multe dintre ele, preturile sunt mai mari decat in rafturile magazinelor clasice. Si atunci se plateste eventual confortul de a nu mai merge in magazin. Parte dintre ele s-au inchis si/sau au dat faliment.&lt;br /&gt;- Companiile aeriene low-cost, pentru ca ofera servicii utile la preturi mult mai mici decat companiile de linie. Cred ca marea majoritate din tranzactiile online se inregistreaza pe aceste tipuri de servicii.&lt;br /&gt;- Foto - de departe F64 domina zona prin profesionalism si gama foarte mare de produse disponibile. &lt;br /&gt;- GSM&lt;br /&gt;- Poate se mai vand ceva carti (eu am cumparat)&lt;br /&gt;- Se mai cumpara produse pentru copii. Nu multe dar mai misca.&lt;br /&gt;- Am mai auzit de haine. De aici, de afara, exista totusi un grup de clienti care apeleaza la tipul asta de cumparaturi online.&lt;br /&gt;- Ceva incercari pe zona flori online ar mai fi de mentionat&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;In rest, cine sa bage bani in creearea unui brand care sa vanda online. Asta nu se face cu Copy/Paste. Trecerea in online e grea. Toata lumea vrea sa faca Expedia pentru 2000 Euro. Daca au mai putini bani, vor Orbitz petru doar 1600.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Turismul si It-ul sunt serviciile care se preteaza cel mai mult la migrarea in zona online. Daca IT-ul are o anumita inclinatie spre asa ceva, turismul inca intampina mari greutati. Marea majoritate a agentiilor nu au disponibilitati online. Culmea, nici macar pe spatiile de cazare pe care le au in proprietate.&lt;br /&gt;Variantele de instrumente online pentru turism sunt ori importate de afara, ori realizate aici dar tot pe "surse" externe (solutii XML in cel mai bun caz, sau solutii cobranded in mare majoritate)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Piata romaneasca de vanzari online ramane pentru inca o perioada indelungata la un nivel de amatorism, datorat in principal lipsei oamenilor de dezvoltare, lipsei resurselor necesare pentru implementarea unor solutii viabile dar in special a lipsei de curaj pentru astfel de alternative. Lipsesc planurile pe termen indelungat si nivelul de asteptare pentru recuperarea unei investitii care ar fi destul de mare. Ok. Eu inca ma simt tanar si atunci intru sa vad despre ce-i vorba.&lt;br /&gt;Nu am reusit sa-mi dau seama care a fost prima greseala: ca m-am simtit inca tanar sau ca am intrat. Site-ul nu mi se adreseaza nici  prin concept si nici prin continut.&lt;br /&gt;Teoria "dintr-o stire fa 20 de produse" se aplica si aici cu mai mult sau mai putin succes. Timpul va decide. Datorita faptului ca "motoarele" internetului romanesc tind sa ajunga la limita maxima de competenta (sau de incompetenta) internetul este vazut ca urmatoarea victima a crizei economice.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Trebuia inteles de multa vreme faptul ca internetul este un mediu pentru publicitate si nu un tel. Publicitatea ajuta internetul, nu il intretine. Valoarea pe care o ofera internetul poate folosi publicitatii, nu invers.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Greu! A inceput sezonul platitudinilor in internet; sub zodia Porcului! Ok! Dar de ce?</title><content type='html'>Pai sunt mai multe motive pentru care nu-i online-ul ca offline-ul:&lt;br /&gt;1) Istorie relativ scurta. Nu se compara nici cu print, nici cu radio, nici cu tv. Fotbalul neintrerupt de reclame. Fotbalul adevarat. Echipele mari, echipele adevarate, incep azi un drum care va insemna pentru multe mandria prezentei printre cei buni, iar pentru altul esecul de a nu castiga cel mai important trofeu. Acestea din urma sunt adevaratele luptatoare. Restul, chalangeri pentru adevaratii campioni. On line, meciurile devin la fel de importante ca si pentru jucatori. &lt;a href="http://www.sport.ro/"&gt;www.sport.ro&lt;/a&gt; va lua potul cel mare. aici se vor vedea si meciuri on line si rezltate live. Care intre timp fusese inapoiat postului TV.&lt;br /&gt;Si il avuzim pe Basescu, la acelasi post, cum o face pe ziarista "tiganca nespalata" Asta in timp ce era in masina, cu geamurile inchise.&lt;br /&gt;VW - pentru ca face masini din care se aude tot ce vorbesti.&lt;br /&gt;ProTv - Pentru ei nu a fost referendum. Poate doar niste accidente de circulatie, incendii, violuri si fotbal. Nashul D-lui Sarbu a pierdut iar si a cazut de prostanac in fatza alegatorilor. Asa ca nu se face rating pe seama lui.&lt;br /&gt;Si inca oi gramada de oameni al caror nume nu il retin, si nici declaratiile&lt;br /&gt;Dar nu se poate omite declaratia D-lui Voiculescu.&lt;br /&gt;Citat aproximativ - "Sa nu uite Traian Basescu, ca reprezinta doar 30% din polulatia tarii." - matematic, asta inseamna cu vreo 800.000 de voturi mai mult decat in 2004. A trecut timpul. Aproape a trecut anul. M-am luat cu altele si am uitat de blog. Asta e. Promit sa imi revin. Ce s-a intamplat in perioada ion care nu am mai scris?&lt;br /&gt;Cel mai important - am facut 38 de ani. Ce ar trebui sa scriu despre asta? Din ce in ce mai mult am observat ca am ajuns la o varsta la care sa am pareri despre cat mai multe lucruri. O fi varsta?! O fi experienta?!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Ce s-a mai intamplat? NCH/Netbridge/Sorin Tudor/Carama se cearta cu Orlando. De ceva vreme, Blogurile au luat foc. Intre timp focul s-a stins. Cine are dreptate? Cred ca sunt prea subiectiv ca sa spun ca Orlando. Ne stim de prea mult timp. Il stiu din vremea in care inca nu vindea publicitate. Am vazut cum a "crescut". Si ce daca sunt subiectiv? Are dreptate intr-o masura mult mai mare decat "ei"&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Cand am spus blogurile, m-am referit la acel cerc inchis (link-uri incrucisate de oameni care au legatura cu internetul, care se citeaza unii pe altii, se link-uiesc unii pe altii, dezvolta piata impreuna intr-un pol de decizie care nu poate fi trecut cu vederea, sunt prieteni sau amici sau simpli cunoscuti)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;A mai izbucnit un alt circ. Ziaristi contra bloggeri. Cine va castiga? E simplu. Blogurile se vor dezvolta. Presa va pierde o bucata din piata informarii. Incet incet, oamenii se vor indrepta catre sursele in care vor descoperi mai mult din adevarul pe care il cauta si care ii reprezinta. Taximetristii si casnicele vor citi in continuare Libertatea. Pe ei nu ii deranjeaza dezvoltarea blogurilor. Vor pierde incet incet ziarele "serioase" scrise de ziaristi care se dau jurnalisti. Cand ziaristii vor intelege ce e cu internetul si cu ce se mananca el, 80% din editiile tiparite de ziarele la care lucreaza, se vor distribui prin actiuni de sampling. Sau, vorba celor de la Rompetrol, Vei lua o cafea cu Adevarul inclus. Atat de scumpa e cafeaua? asa de ieftin e adevarul?&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;A... am uitat. Am primit de la Cristi Parvan (Multumesc!) un comentariu la un post al meu despre BRAT. Deci suntem cel putin 2 care am intrat pe blog-ul asta. Oare pot sa vorbesc despre Brand personal? :-)) Si pot sa ii raspund aici. Daca tu ai spus-o atunci, si eu acum, inseamna ca e adevarat. Dar ramane intre noi.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Inca o chestie. Bloguri de companie vs. bloguri personale. Necesitatea de a creea reguli de utilizare a blogurilor. Bla bla bla. Te apuca rasul! De ce nu le auditati? Care a fost primul blogul de companie sau blogul personal? Oul sau gaina? Ii facem pe cei cu blogurile personale proscrisi?&lt;br /&gt;Cred ca incap toti pe internet. Traiasca regele! Ce si unde citim...</title><content type='html'>2006 a fost poate anul in care schimbarile la varful companiilor cunoscute au fost mult mai mari. Sau mai multe. Sau mai mediatizate. "Regi" au plecat, au fost demisi sau au luat decizia sa-si continue studiile. Parca totul a inceput cu Orlando. A venit momentul in care Orlando a trecut in alta tabara. Sau mai bine spus si-a schimbat putin unghiul de vedere asupra pietei. Apoi Mihnea Vasiliu, a luat decizia sa-si continue MBA-ul inceput la Londra. Sorel, veriga tare din lantul vanzarilor Media Pro a plecat si el. Se zice ca la Vantu. Dragos Stanca, nu a rezistat mai mult de un "abonament promotional" . Razvan Corneteanu a plecat si el. La Patriciu se pare. De Teo, nici nu mai are rost sa detaliez. Multi altii pe care nu ii cunosc sau care nu au nici o tangenta cu ce citesc, ce vizitez sau cu cine lucrez probabil ca au mai plecat de la conducerile firmelor in care lucrau.&lt;br /&gt;Am sa ma refer doar la Oamenii din presa care au plecat. Presa se schimba. Devine din media - multimedia. Din pacate, oamenii care au condus pana acum presa dar si cei care o conduc in prezent, sunt oameni de media. Nu de multimedia. Toate ziarele noastre, au o prezenta on line limitata la continutul ziarului sau revistei respective. prea putin se trece granita spre business-ul on line. Si atunci.... Sa le iau pe rand.&lt;br /&gt;- Ca publisher poti demonstra ce trafic ai utilizand Trafic, T3, Google Analytics etc. Daca oricare dintre instrumentele respective arata ca ai un trafic atractiv, publicitatea oricum nu poate face abstractie de tine.&lt;br /&gt;- Ca agentie de publicitate (ma refer in special la agentiile clasice nu la regiile online gen NetBridge, Arbo etc) , hm, propui clientului campania si mediul care te avantajeaza nu care il avantajeaza. Am lucrat in bransa si stiu cum se fac propunerile. Acum cateva luni postam pe Marketinglider un un mesaj cu campaniile aiurea care se desfasoara pe tv. La meciurile din calificarile in cupele europene de anul trecut, in pauza erau spoturi la OMO, Ajax, si alte 2 produse care aveau ca target preponderent femeile. Unul dintre raspunsuri a fost ca de mult locul femeii nu mai este la cratita si spalat vasele, baia si wc-ul. De acor, numai ca la meciurile respective se uitau o,01% femei din totalul de telespectatori. Ma intrebam cine a gresit? Postul TV, Agentia de publicitate sau clientul? Asa e cu agentiile de publicitate de la noi. Marea majoritate. Si inca o chestie legata de agentiiile de publicitate. cred ca inca se mai cer oferte ptr bannere cu suprafata in cm patrati.&lt;br /&gt;- Ca si client, marile campanii sunt date in piata de cativa clienti mari. Cei cativa clienti care asigura mai mult de 65-70% din bugetul on line intr-un an, deja stiu care sunt site-urile bune care iti aduc rezultate. Restul pana la 100% sunt campanii punctuale, sau date pe alte reguli decat cele ale unei piete libere.&lt;br /&gt;- BRAT - asa cum spuneam si in titlul blog-ului, nu-i online-ul ca offline-ul. BRAT-ul probabil ca va descoperi on line-ul pe parcurs. Stirea principala era de sambata, 12.08.2006. Apropo, era in aceeasi situatie. Stirile erau de sambata. Asta in conditiile in care era ora 12.00&lt;br /&gt;Newz.ro avea stirile de pe 11.08. Daca cea mai mare Agentie de presa are pe site stirile vechi, inseamna ca chiar nu se intampla nimic. Si atunci ziarele de ce apar in editii de duminica?&lt;br /&gt;NewsIn avea stirile actualizate. Deci cineva mai munceste si duminica. Este recunoscut ca fiind cel mai bun copywriter, si asta nu de ieri - de azi, ci de mai bine de 20 de ani.&lt;br /&gt;Am cautat mai multe informatii despre el si chiar mi-a placut ceea ce am gasit.&lt;br /&gt;Ieri citeam in Anuarul de media si publicitate editat de Mediafax, cateva raspunsuri ale marilor playeri de pe piata romaneasca de marketing direct. Toti au spus ca una dintre problemele cu care se confrunta este faptul ca Posta Romana a crescut tariful la corespondenta de tip Infadres. Toti se laudau cu clientii atrasi, de la care primesc zilnic/saptamanal/lunar pliante, fluturasi plicuri cu materiale de informare. In afara de faptul ca multe dintre ele sunt tiparite pe hartie de proasta calitate, cel putin in 30% din cazuri primesc cate 3 pana la 5 exemplare.&lt;br /&gt;Diferentele dintre Marketingul Direct facut de Andy Owen si cel facut de companiile romanesti, sunt uriase. In mitologia noastra, cea actuala, Regele Midas a fost inlocuit pentru o perioada de Orlando. Toti oamenii pe care i-a atins, sau o mare parte, au devenit aur pentru cei care conduceau Netbridge Investments. Acea mare parte erau cei care au dorit sa plece cu Orlando sau spre alte zari. Cea mai mare parte a lor au primit oferte care pot fi considerate exceptionale.&lt;br /&gt;Cine a avut taria de a refuza, a refuzat. Cine nu, a acceptat. Nimeni nu poate fi condamnat pentru asta pentru ca au fost alegeri personale.  Am facut parte dintre cei care au refuzat.  Am preferat  libertatea de a ma misca asa cum doresc si de a dezvolta  proiecte in care sa fiu implicat  atat material cat si personal, in care sa cred si al caror viitor sa-l pot intrezari de acum.  De 2 saptamani sunt in  postura oamenilor  doriti, inundati de oferte care mai de care mai atragatoare.  In aceeasi situatie au fost si o parte dintre cei care au lucrat mai mult cu Orlando. Aurul are mai multe forme, si a evoluat odata cu trecerea timpului. Acum e mai valoros cel de care vorbim la "figurat".&lt;br /&gt;Ramane insa in atentie sfarsitul legendei. Daca Midas a fost nevoit sa roage le Dionysos sa-l dezlege de puterile pe care i le oferise, pentru ca murea de foame, Orlando e cel care poate alege modul in care sa continue legenda lui. Puternic cum il stim, suntem siguri ca alegerile pe care le va face vor fi cele mai bune. Acest eveniment poate fi considerat evenimentul anului in zona on line. E greu ca o alta miscare in piata sa genereze tatea comentarii. Nimic nu va mai fi asa cum a fost. Piat se reimparte, jucatorii deja au intrat in fibrilatii. Vulturii adulmeca deja monstrul cu picioare de lut care va incepe sa se prabuseasca. Daca Netbridge ar fi fost listata pe bursa, astazi ar fi fost oproita de la tranzactionare.&lt;br /&gt;De fapt unde e problema?&lt;br /&gt;Orlando a creeat o piata, a educat-o, a stabilit regulile pantru advertiseri si pentru publisheri. Ramane de vazut ce se va intampla cu NetBridge care a fost perceput/identificat mai mult cu Orlando decat cu NCH. NetBridge era Orlando. Acum... piata va reactiona in functie de simpatiile sau antipatiile pe care le-a starnit Orlando.&lt;br /&gt;Fiti pregatiti! Si pentru business, si pentru viata personala (desi aici e mai greu) Poate ca ai un Business Plan foarte bun si coerent, poate ca piata e ok, produsele si serviciile sunt peste medie, oamenii sunt motivati si competenti. Daca decizia pe care o iei are la baza preponderent elemente subiective, panta catre esec devine din ce in ce mai abrupta.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;A fi obiectiv, iti netezeste calea spre succes. Intre timp am primit un raspuns de la Domnul &lt;a href="http://www.articole.ro"&gt;Alin Popescu &lt;/a&gt;in care imi raspundea si la mail-ul trimis cu comentarii la articol. Apreciez gestul si voi ramane cititor fidel. Chiar daca voi avea pareri diferite in anumite situatii. Oricum, raspunsul a fost o surpriza.&lt;br /&gt;O alta surpriza e trecerea mea spre zona publicitatii. Din nou, dupa o perioada in care am facut dezvoltare de business pe internet. Se pare ca fiecare zi vine cu o noua surpriza. In articol, apare spre sfarsit o afirmatie ciudata. Nu am inteles cine a gresit. &lt;a href="http://www.orlando.ro"&gt;Orlando&lt;/a&gt; sau &lt;a href="http://www.articole.ro"&gt;Alin Popescu&lt;/a&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;"Printre minusuri, posibila piata româneasca a publicitatii contextuale din România se loveste de insuficienta dezvoltare a comertului electronic de la noi"&lt;/strong&gt; Parerea mea este ca totusi, valoarea e-commerce-ului de la noi este mai ridicata decat valoarea publicitatii on line, si vorbim aici de volum brut. Numarul milioanelor de euro care circula in e-commerce este cel putin dublu fata de ce circula in publicitatea on line. MAi mult decat atat, cresterile inregistrate in E-commerce sunt cu mult superioare celor inregistrate in publicitatea on line.&lt;br /&gt;Daca in ceea ce priveste acest domeniu (publicitate), se poate vorbi de o saturare a pietei, (vezi numarul de bannere care inunda ecranul pe orice site cat de cat important, in zona de e-commerce, suntem la inceput. Si cu toate astea vorbim deja de milioane de euro care nu sunt luate in discutie de nimeni. Cea mai buna promovare in cazul site-urilor de e-commerce este facuta cu ajutorul clientilor multumiti.&lt;br /&gt;De asemenea, lipsa publicitatii on line din site-urile de e-commerce, face ca acest domeniu sa nu fie atat de promovat si/sau adus in discutie. De cele mai multe ori se spune "piata inca nu e pregatita". Daca am face mai mult pentru aceasta piata, am avea si noi mai mult de castigat. E meci. Barcelona - Chelsea. E unul din meciurile pentru care ar trebui sa se scoata tricouri cu mesajul "Am vazut acest meci". A ramas deschisa pagina din ProSport. Pe langa caseta cu rezultate on line, mai apare o caseta. "Opinii" Titlul articolului "&lt;a href="http://www.prosport.ro/index.php?c=50&amp;a=97698"&gt;Popescu: Contam din nou&lt;/a&gt;" Tresar. S-a descoperit o noua transa care trebuie platita pentru transferul lui Bratu? Nu! E vorba de - culmea - coltul campionilor. In articol, cuvinte mari. Campioni, publicul larg, emotionant, sportul romanesc ... Cuvinte care incap intr-o valiza, pe care o poti trece pe la vama fara probleme.&lt;br /&gt;Si asta in ProSport, unde semneaza si Cristian Topescu. E prostie? E dezinteres fata de cititori? Astfel legalizam spaga, banii pe sub masa, intalnirile de taina. Ridicam la rang de virtute, shpaga, minciuna si hotia. Si, cu fatza mirata ne intrebam in presa: unde este spiritul civic al romanilor? Probabil, dosit intr-o valiza, in drum spre casa de bani. Ceea ce veti gasi aici nu reprezinta axiome ci doar niste pareri. Le puteti comenta, le puteti combate, singura rugaminte este: "nu trageti in pianist"!
